Alsace-Strassbourg Tour 2012
With the Euro looking dodgy and our economic outlook gloomy, I have decided to cancel the fairly expensive French Pyrenees Tour until 2013 and replace it with a much cheaper tour, in price, but not in quality.
We would be staying in a cracking hotel with swimming pool,Restaurant and Bar, in a pretty little town called le Petite Pierre. The food is great and we would be staying on half board basis...Breakfast and evening meal and the stay will be for 4 nights from the 1st September to the 5th September 2012. The surrounding area has stunning scenery and good riding roads. Strassbourg is a short ride away and well worth a visit, the historic part of the town is very, very pretty and there are some great taverns and eateries to be found among the ancient streets and passageways.
The cost for a 4 night stay sharing a twin room will be £280 per person
in a single the cost will be £345.per person
Non members will pay £310 and £375 respectively.
What is not included:
Your fuel, midday and coffee break stops.
Channel Crossing
Travel Insurance
Breakdown Insurance
Any other overnight stops outside of the 4 night tour stops.
I will be looking to collect deposits of £150 by 1st June 2012 and balance by 1st August 2012.
