Eifel/Mosel Tour 2012
The Tour will run from 30th May to 4th June 2012 inclusive. The tour will utilise the Bank Holiday weekend.
Staying at the Hotel Zur Post Klotten, in the Moselle region of Germany.
Accommodation
We will be sharing twin bed rooms, with breakfast and three course evening meal on each day of the stay. (We stayed for one night at this Hotel on the way to the Hartz Mountains and it was superb) Secure under cover bike parking, drying room and breakdown recovery facilities. Klaus gives a complimentary drink on arrival and runs a superb kitchen, so your evening meals will be first class.
Touring
We will have 4 ride out days, 2 will be led by Klaus ( Oh did I mention that Klaus and his family are very keen bikers themselves) and Klaus will supply 2 GPS routes for the remaining 2 ride outs. The area has spectacular scenery, lots of history and some great roads.
The Cost for this 6 day 5 nights Tour will be £305.00 per person.
What is not included:
Lunch/coffee stop expenses.
Evening Drinks.
Your bike's running and breakdown costs.
Eurotunnel return fares.
What is planned
Effectively the tour starts and ends at Hotel Zur Post on the dates shown above. We have organised it this way, because when riding in large groups there are always different needs for different people....some like to bash straight through, some need plenty of stops, and some like to do a route that is a ride out in itself.
There will be nothing to stop individuals forming their own little groups and riding together, and advice can be given if requested, as to which train times would be most suitable for your particular needs.
Costs and Registration
Please register your interest by sending a PM to Easyrider and ensure that you can pay a deposit of £150 by no later than the 31st January 2012 and the final payment of £155 by no later than the 31st March 2012.
