Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors
Weekend Tour 17th - 20th June 2011
A weekend tour organised by the Knights Templar Motocycle Club with invites to the members of the CBF1000 Club. This long weekend will once again see the members of two clubs sharing a great weekend of riding and socialising. The event has been organised by Dunelm and Peterjohn and our base will be at HIGH GRANGE COTTAGES, EXELBY, BEDALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE. Details of the tour are as follows:
OK guys and gals. We have scoured the whole of the dark, dangerous and mysterious north to find the most desirable place ever for the June 2011 meet (Jun 17-20). We are going to stay in this place:
High Grange near Theakston
Peter and I visited the place today and counted all the beds (Peter even gave them the Goldilocks treatment).
We have 20 beds (3 doubles for couples or single giants). If there is more uptake we can go up to 23 and then up to 26!(Oh! and another couple of doubles).
It's all self catering but there is
The Green Dragon a very short walk away and of course we can have a BBQ.
It's very private, easy to get to and you can see views of the Yorkshire Dales one way (Sat ride out) and the Yorkshire Moors, t'other way (Sun ride out).
I am taking money from now onwards untill all the place are full. First come first served. Get your cheques off to me for £70.00 per person. The first three couples will get a double bed, after that the twin. I will be paying the deposit at the end of this month and the balance as soon as I get it in.
